You must be an existing member (ie: you have been for a treatment a minimum of once before at our centre) to use this service.
All bookings have a half hour break between the sessions. You have the choice of a one hour or one and half hour duration for your treatments, Please choose carefully from the extensive menu on offer. If you are choosing one of our special treatments such as hot stones you must choose this from the menu as prior time is needed for set up for these.
We understand that life is busy for you and rather than speak to our answering machine (which is still available) you can book or even cancel your bookings if you cannot make it when life throws up one of those curve balls.
We do have a cancellation fee when bookings are canceled with less than 24 hours notice. The fee will be the same as your normal treatment fee.
The treatments with our massage therapists are much sought after, and the late cancellation fee is an attempt to ensure that their time is optimized. Also we do have a large number of people on our waiting list who are missing out on our appointments due to late cancellations. It is a condition of booking in for an appointment, that you agree to pay the late cancellation fee, should you at any occasion, cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
