You will be introduced to the basics of Aromatherapy, learning about the uses and applications of pure essential oils and the carrier oils.
An added bonus to the day is that as well as the skills you will learn, you will be taking home some: Massage blends, Creams and Oils, Bath preparations, and floral waters of your own creation, to enjoy another time.

You will be provided with extensive course notes to take home, for your future reference.

This is a fun introductory workshop where you can learn new skills and enjoy the benefits of a relaxing and nurturing day of Aromatherapy.
