This page states the "Terms & Conditions of Use" under which clients may use http://www.bodyriches.com.au. Our products and services are made available to you by Body Riches Massage Centre on the basis of the following Terms & Conditions of Use, which we have instituted in order to provide the best possible service to our clients. Access to this website and the use of information on it is subject to these Terms & Conditions of Use. By proceeding you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions of Use.

Purchase and Confirmation of Goods & Services

Massage bookings should not be considered confirmed until advised as such by Body Riches Massage Centre due to constantly fluctuating practitioner availability. It is the responsibility of the massage recipient to ensure that they are suitably healthy to receive the treatment provided and Body Riches Massage Centre cannot be held liable for ailment or injury resulting in the failure to disclose existing medical conditions. Massage bookings and/or treatment may be declined at the discretion of Body Riches Massage Centre without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Massage bookings which are canceled or rescheduled by the client less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to the full price of the session. Bodyriches does send as a “courtesy only” reminder emails and text messages-we are not responsible for clients forgetting their appointments, or if the reminders fail to be received by the booked client- the responsibility to attend on time is the clients responsibilities regardless of receiving courtesy reminders.

As a courtesy to our therapists, if you are running late for your appointment, your session time will be reduced accordingly. In the event of scheduling conflict resulting in cancellation by the therapist, the original session will be rescheduled for a treatment of equal value at a mutually agreeable time.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You are more than welcome to send a friend in your place if you cannot attend. Postponements due to COVID-19 or therapist illness are decided by Bodyriches and will be re-accommodated, not refunded.

Workshops

Unfortunately we are unable to refund workshop bookings or make exchanges to other workshops/products. If you are unable to attend you are more than welcome to send a friend along in your place. Please contact us at health@bodyriches.com.au if you intend to do so.

Credit or transfers will not be offered under any circumstances. 

Postponements due to COVID-19 are decided by Bodyriches and will be re-accommodated, not refunded.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers may be redeemed for the services only it has been purchased for and have no cash value.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed or replaced if misplaced, destroyed or otherwise unavailable and must be presented at the time service is provided.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

If you don’t use all your gift voucher credit, your credit may be redeemed for the service only it has been bought for -within this 36 month period.

Expiry Dates

Gift vouchers and block session purchases are valid for a period of up to 36 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed, refunded or extended after this period.

This is new Western Australia legislation which is active from all vouchers purchased from November 2019
