Every appointment begins with a conversation.

Your therapist will ask how your body has been feeling, what you would like help with and how you prefer to be massaged. Together, you will create a treatment plan for that day, combining the most appropriate pressure, techniques and areas of focus, with you.

Some treatments are focused and therapeutic. Others are beautifully slow and calming. Many bring the two together. We will tailor your massage around your needs and requests on the day.

If you are unsure, please don’t feel that you need to choose the perfect modality yourself. Simply tell us what has been happening in your body and what you hope to receive from your appointment. We can recommend the treatment and therapist best suited to you.

A 60-minute massage is ideal for a full-body relaxation treatment or more focused work on one or two areas.

A 90-minute appointment gives your therapist more time to treat several areas thoroughly, combine remedial work with relaxation or create a slower, more complete full-body experience.

We have registered remedial massage therapists available for clients seeking therapeutic treatment and private health fund rebates, alongside therapists specialising in relaxation, pregnancy massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping and other bodywork techniques.

If your usual therapist is unavailable, we will be happy to help you choose another wonderful member of the team.

Private Health Fund Rebates

Private health fund rebates are available when you book a remedial massage with one of our registered remedial massage therapists.

Eligibility and rebate amounts vary between health funds and individual policies. Please check with your provider or contact us if you would like help selecting an eligible therapist.

How to make your booking:

If you are a new client we ask you to please call us to make a booking, and we will lovingly assist and guide you through our system. We can assist you using our on line booking system. once you have chatted to us about procedure and protocol of attending the center.

We absolutely recommend that you think about a forward wellness plan for yourself. So you can plan ahead and get your fave therapist at your fave time. We have a lot of regular clients doing this- and are already booking their wellness plan in for the year.

If you are a Pregnant client -we specialize in Advanced Pregnancy massage treatments. Unfortunately we cannot see you if you are in your first trimester as this is contraindicated for pregnancy. Once you get to 12 weeks; then it is recommended as a supportive health therapy. And we have all the comfortable advanced professional props to make you comfortable laying prone or supine on the treatment table; while being expertly massaged by our very experienced team. We always give you an option to lay laterally on your side or fully supported laying face down with pregnancy cushions.

It is a spectacular room and set in a private garden. Please flag with your online booking that you are booking a spa, so we can prepare this for you in advance.

You can certainly request a massage only in this divine room also.
