Our trainings range from foundational courses for complete beginners-no previous experience needed-through to advanced, remedial-based trainings for practising massage and beauty therapists.

Massage is a beautiful skill to carry through life. Touch helps us feel supported, nourished and connected, and learning how to use it with confidence and care can make a very real difference to another person. Whether you begin with Swedish massage or move into Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stones or Trigger Point Therapy.

With every new technique you learn, you will grow in confidence and deepen the care you can offer your clients, friends family and the community you live in..

Meet Your Trainer

Gay Riches has spent more than 35 years working within the massage industry as a remedial massage therapist, trainer and consultant.

Her teaching style is warm, practical and wonderfully hands-on. Gay understands that people learn differently, so every training includes clear explanations, visual demonstrations and plenty of time to practise the techniques yourself. You will be supported, encouraged and invited to ask questions as you learn—not expected to get everything perfect the first time.

One of Gay’s greatest joys is seeing students leave a training with new skills, renewed confidence and a genuine excitement to put what they have learned into practice.

Alongside teaching, Gay provides consultancy to massage, wellness and spa businesses throughout Australia. She also offers personalised mentoring and private skills training for therapists who would like individual support with their treatments, confidence or business practice.

Our 2027 training dates are now being released, with the complete calendar available by the end of 2026.

Several Body Riches certificate trainings are recognised by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT). You can find further information about professional membership and insurance through IICT Australia.

CPD points are available for all Body Riches trainings.
